I walked in the store last night and it was so close to closing I thought I’d be a burden. Bill greeted me with great and informative customer service. I brought in my favorite Kate Spade purse that had a tiny scrape on it the size of a pupil. We talked about my options and then he came up with a great solution. Absolutely made my night because I didn’t think it was fixable.

Definitely will be seeing him again for my Ugg boots. Which this place is actually the place where Nordstrom sends their shoe repairs so you know they’re good!!

Great service! I brought my shoes in to get dyed for a wedding and they turned out excellent ! After picking up my shoes, I sent my boyfriend in and they set up a whole package to keep his work shoes looking like new ! Definitely will be coming back for any shoe repairs.

Outstanding service; quick, accurate, and beautiful craft! I had a zipper replacement and traction addition on a pair of knee-high Pliners and an expansion to some knee-high Uggs.
